1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the zenithro.com.au website and of Zenithro Desktop, our desktop application for Mac and Windows. They apply to all visitors, to anyone who contacts Zenithro Pty Ltd through this site, and to anyone who installs or uses Zenithro Desktop.

2. Use of This Website

  • This website is provided for informational purposes about Zenithro's services and products.
  • You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose.
  • You agree not to attempt to disrupt or interfere with the website or its hosting infrastructure.
  • Content on this website — including text, design, and code — is owned by Zenithro Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

3. Services and Engagements

Submitting the contact form on this website does not constitute a binding agreement. Any engagement for software development services will be governed by a separate written agreement between you and Zenithro Pty Ltd, agreed upon before work commences.

Discovery consultations are provided free of charge and without obligation. Project pricing is confirmed in a fixed written quote after the scope of work is agreed; indicative timelines shown on this website are not binding.

4. Zenithro Desktop: What It Does, and What You Remain Responsible For

Zenithro Desktop drafts; it never sends. Zenithro Desktop never sends email. It only creates drafts in your own Drafts folder, and it sends no calendar invitations to anyone.

  • You are responsible for reviewing and sending any email, submission or document that Zenithro Desktop prepares. Nothing leaves your Drafts folder unless you send it yourself.
  • Zenithro Desktop's summaries, deadline calculations and compliance wording are aids, not advice. You remain responsible for your own professional and legal obligations.
  • You must have the right to connect the mailbox you sign in with — either your own, or your employer's with their permission.

5. Zenithro Desktop Subscription, Trial and Payment

  • Zenithro Desktop includes a 7-day free trial, after which a paid subscription is required. After the trial, Zenithro Desktop becomes read-only until you subscribe.
  • Subscriptions are handled by Stripe. If a payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period.
  • You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Access continues to the end of the paid period.

6. Fair Use of Zenithro Desktop's AI Features

Each subscription includes a monthly allowance of AI usage with a daily cap, both shown inside Zenithro Desktop. Top-ups can be bought if you need more.

7. Disclaimer

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Zenithro Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
