Who actually writes the code?

AI agents write most of the implementation code and tests — that’s where the speed comes from. But agents never merge their own work: a senior Zenithro engineer reviews every line, owns the architecture, and makes every judgement call. You get senior-engineer quality at agent speed.

Is AI-generated code safe to ship?

Unreviewed AI code is not. Ours passes three gates before production: line-by-line review by a senior engineer, an automated test suite written alongside the code, and a live demo sign-off with you. Nothing skips a gate — the pipeline physically doesn’t allow it.

Does our code or data train AI models?

No. The AI tools we use don’t train on your code or data by default — that’s their standard commercial policy, not a special arrangement we’ve had to negotiate — and you receive full IP assignment on delivery.

How can you deliver in weeks when agencies take months?

A senior engineer, no hand-offs, and agents doing the labour under review. Traditional agencies lose months to layers of project managers, junior developers and internal process. Agents build and test in parallel around the clock; a senior engineer designs upfront, gates every merge, and demos weekly.

How does pricing and payment work?

It starts with a working session on one process in your business. You leave with a written view of what’s fixable, an architecture outline and a fixed quote. Yours to keep, even if you build it elsewhere. There’s no upfront payment: the build is split into delivery phases, and you release each payment only after you’ve seen that phase working. Because agents do the heavy lifting under senior review, the same scope typically costs significantly less than a traditional agency build — you always see it before you pay for it.

Who owns the code and IP?

You do. On final payment, all source code, designs and intellectual property transfer to you in full. We hand over the repositories, credentials and documentation — no lock-in, no licensing fees.

What happens after launch?

You own everything — code, infrastructure and documentation. Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support for fixes and refinements. After that, most clients keep us on a light retainer where the same agentic pipeline handles new features and fixes; others hand off to an in-house team and we run the handover. Your choice, no obligation.

Can you work with our existing systems?

Yes. We regularly integrate with existing tools — payment providers, CRMs, accounting software, booking systems and internal APIs. If your business already runs on something, we build around it rather than replacing it.

Where are you based?

We’re Melbourne-based and lead every project ourselves. Standard app development is done onshore, hands-on, start to finish. For a small number of larger or more complex builds we may bring in additional specialists — and before anyone else touches your code, they sign confidentiality and IP-assignment terms, which we confirm with you in writing before that happens. We’ll always tell you upfront if that applies to your project.
