What happens if I get in touch?
There is no charge for meeting me. We talk about what you want to achieve and nothing is attached to it. On the call I go through how you work and write down every tool you use, so what I build fits your setup rather than a generic one. Then I take two or three days to build it around that, and we meet again so I can show you. If you are in Victoria I come to you, and setting it up on your machine takes half a day.
When do I actually pay?
If you are happy with what I can do, you say yes and pay half, and I start building your automation. Then we meet, I set it all up on your laptop, and you pay the rest once you have watched it run on one of your own clients. You decide when you have seen that.
What is my actual monthly cost?
There is no monthly subscription for this, and nothing recurring is paid to me. The only thing you pay for is a basic Claude plan on your own account. Most people are using AI in some way already, so it is not much — and that plan is useful to your business well beyond this. I am happy to show you how to get more out of it.
Can it send something to a client without me?
No. Everything is ready for you to review, in draft. You read it and you send it. That is it — there is nothing else you have to do.
What happens when it breaks?
For 90 days from install, anything that breaks I fix at no charge. Reach out any time — most things I can sort out quickly. After the 90 days it is $50 an hour and I get to it as soon as I can, plus a check-up once a year. No retainer and no minimum.
Does my aggregator allow this?
That is their call, not mine, and it is worth settling early. Everything runs locally, on your machine, under your own Claude account, and your files stay on your laptop — there is no server of mine in the middle and nothing of yours is used to train anything. Claude itself is an online service, so what it is asked goes to Anthropic and comes back, the same as when you use Claude yourself. Before a single thing writes into Mercury Nexus, you and I go through your aggregator’s rules together.
